Ingredients

lb lean (at least 93%) ground turkey

cup chopped onion

clove garlic, chopped

cups hot water

box Hamburger Helper™ crunchy taco

cup milk

can (15 oz) Progresso™ black beans, drained, rinsed

teaspoon ground cumin
1/2
cup sour cream

tablespoons milk
1
avocado, pitted, peeled and chopped
1
large tomato, chopped

    In 12-inch nonstick skillet, cook turkey, onion and garlic over medium heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until turkey is no longer pink. Add hot water and sauce mix (from Hamburger Helper™ box); stir to combine. Stir in 1 cup milk, uncooked rice (from Hamburger Helper™ box), beans and cumin. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat; cover and simmer about 20 minutes, stirring frequently, until rice is tender.

    Meanwhile, stir topping mix (from Hamburger Helper™ box), sour cream and 2 tablespoons milk; mix well.

    Spoon sour cream topping mixture over turkey and rice mixture. Top with avocado, tomato and corn chips (from Hamburger Helper™ box).

Expert Tips

  • Fill large tortillas with the turkey and rice mixture. Top with avocado, tomato and corn chips. Fold up, and you have a great hand-held dinner.
  • Use pinto or kidney beans in place of black beans.
