Ingredients

  • 2 kiwifruit, peeled and chopped
  • 1 mango, peeled, pitted and chopped
  • 1 papaya, peeled, seeded and chopped
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

    In glass or plastic bowl, mix all ingredients.

    Cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours. Store covered in refrigerator up to 1 week.
