Tips from the Betty Crocker Kitchens

  • tip 1
Full of low-fat protein and calcium, yogurt—a cultured dairy product—is an excellent choice for cooking and baking. Enjoy it by itself, or use it as a low-fat ingredient in smoothies, salad dressings, dips and sauces to keep fat grams down without sacrificing flavor.
