Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh blackberries
  • 3 cups fresh raspberries
  • 3 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Premium Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ muffin mix
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs

Steps

  • 1
Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.
  • 2
In large bowl, mix berries, sugar and cornstarch. Spoon into baking dish. Bake uncovered 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  • 3
Meanwhile, in medium bowl, stir muffin mix, milk, oil and eggs just until blended. Spoon batter over hot filling. Sprinkle with streusel topping from muffin mix box.
  • 4
Bake 25 minutes longer or until filling is bubbly and toothpick inserted in topping comes out clean. Serve warm.

  • Replace one of the berries with sliced strawberries. Or make your own combination of berries, as long as it equals 9 cups of fruit.
