Ingredients

pouch Betty Crocker™ chocolate chip chewy oat bar mix
1/4
cup Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
1/4
cup butter, softened
1/4
cup almond butter
2
eggs
1/3
cup dried cranberries
1/4
cup slivered almonds, coarsely chopped
1/4
cup unsalted sunflower nuts

    Heat oven to 350°F. Line large cookie sheets with cooking parchment paper.

    In large bowl, mix bar mix and flour. Add softened butter, almond butter and eggs; mix until mixture starts to come together. Stir in dried cranberries, almonds and sunflower nuts. Drop by 1/4 cupfuls onto cookie sheet, spacing 2 inches apart.

    Bake 15 to 17 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cool on pan 3 minutes; remove to cooling rack and cool completely, about 30 minutes.

Expert Tips

  • Raisins or a dried berry blend can be substituted for dried cranberries.
  • If desired, stir 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon into dough.
