Ingredients

  • 1 bag (12 oz) white vanilla baking chips (2 cups)
  • 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Vanilla Frosting
  • Green, blue, yellow and red gel food colors or colors of your choice

Steps

  • 1
Line 8-inch square pan with foil, leaving foil overhanging at 2 opposite sides of pan; spray foil with cooking spray.
  • 2
In large microwavable bowl, microwave white chips uncovered on High 1 minute. Spoon frosting over chips. Microwave on High 30 seconds; stir. If necessary, continue to microwave in 15-second increments until mixture can be stirred smooth.
  • 3
Divide mixture evenly into 4 small bowls. Add 1 color of food color to each bowl.
  • 4
Spread green fudge mixture evenly in bottom of pan. (Mixture will be thin; spread as evenly as possible.) Gently spread blue mixture over green layer, again spreading as evenly as you can. Repeat layers with yellow and red mixtures.
  • 5
Pull table knife through layers for marbled design. Smooth top with spatula. Cool completely. Cut into 8 rows by 8 rows.
