Stir-fry vegetables, frozen
Teriyaki sauce

    Microwave potatoes (see below). Meanwhile, prepare stir-fried vegetables as directed on package; drain. Stir in teriyaki; heat through. Split hot potatoes; fill with stir-fry mixture.

    <B>Potato Microwaving Guide:</B> Pierce potatoes with fork to allow steam to escape. Arrange potatoes about 1 inch apart in circle on microwave paper towel. Microwave uncovered on High until tender (12 to 14 minutes for 6 medium potatoes).
