Tater-Topped Sausage-Egg Bake

    Heat oven to 350ºF. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish with cooking spray.

    In medium bowl, beat eggs, water and milk until fluffy. Fold in sausage and cheese.

    Pour egg mixture into baking dish. Top with frozen potatoes.

    Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until center is set. Serve immediately.

Expert Tips

Bacon pieces or cubed ham are tasty substitutes for the sausage in this recipe.

This is also a perfect make-ahead casserole. It can be frozen ahead of time. Just allow to thaw in fridge overnight, and bake uncovered.
