Ingredients

  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Oatmeal Cookie Mix
  • 2 tablespoons wheat germ
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup canola or vegetable oil
  • 4 tablespoons water
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips

Steps

    Heat oven to 375°F. In large bowl, stir cookie mix, wheat germ, flaxseed, cinnamon, oil, water and egg whites until well blended. Stir in cranberries, walnuts and chocolate chips.

    On ungreased cookie sheets, drop dough by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart.

    Bake 8 to 10 minutes until edges are light golden brown. Cool 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheets to cooling racks. Cool completely.
