Taco Spiced Sweet Potato Fries

medium or 3 small sweet potatoes, peeled, cut into 1/2-inch strips

tablespoon olive oil

teaspoons Old El Paso™ taco seasoning mix (from 1-oz package)

    Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, toss sweet potatoes with oil and taco seasoning mix until coated. Spread potatoes in single layer on ungreased cookie sheet.

    Bake 20 to 30 minutes, turning once or twice, until potatoes are lightly browned and tender.

  • For the crispiest fries, make sure the potatoes bake in a single layer.
  • Add some taco seasoning to ketchup or mayonnaise for a taco-flavored dipper to go with your fries.
