Scrub potatoes but do not peel. Pierce potatoes to allow steam to escape. Cook potatoes as desired; top with butter, brown sugar and cinnamon.
To Microwave: Arrange about 1-inch apart in circle on paper towel in microwave. Microwave uncovered (12 to 14 minutes for 6 medium potatoes) or until tender.
To Bake: Rub potatoes with shortening, if desired, for softer skins. Bake 45 minutes in 375º oven, 1 hour in 350º oven or 1 1/4 hours in 325º oven or until tender.
