1Heat 12-inch skillet or wok over high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of the oil; rotate skillet to coat side.
2Add beef; stir-fry 2 minutes or until brown. Remove from skillet.
3Add remaining 1 tablespoon oil; rotate skillet to coat side. Add cabbage; stir-fry about 3 minutes or until crisp-tender. Add beef and sweet-and-sour sauce; cook and stir about 2 minutes or until hot. Serve with couscous.
