    Spray non-stick skillet with cooking spray. Heat skillet over medium heat until hot. Break each egg into a custard cup or saucer. Carefully slip egg into skillet. Immediately reduce heat to low. Cook eggs over low heat briefly or until edges turn white. Add a little water (about 2 teaspoons per egg). Cover and cook until a film forms over top and whites and yolks are firm, not runny.
