Stuffed Turkey, Ham and Swiss Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups leftover cooked stuffing (any variety)
  • 1 cup chopped cooked turkey
  • 6 slices (1 ounce each) cooked ham
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 3 slices (3/4 ounce each) Swiss cheese, cut in half
  • Chopped fresh parsley, if desired

Steps

  • 1
    Mix stuffing and turkey. Place about 1/3 cup stuffing mixture on center of each ham slice. Roll ham around mixture; place in large skillet.
  • 2
    Add broth to skillet. Cover and cook over medium heat 7 to 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Place 1 piece of cheese over each roll during last 30 to 60 seconds of cooking time. Sprinkle with parsley.

  • If you have leftover turkey gravy, mix a little of it with the broth before heating the broth in step 2.
