Strawberry Mango Smoothies
cups chopped fresh strawberries
cup chopped ripe mango
cup vanilla coconut milk
cup orange juice
In blender, place all ingredients. Cover; blend on high speed until smooth.
Pour into 4 glasses. Serve immediately.
Use your favorite type of berry in place of the strawberries, or use mixed berries. If a ripe mango isn’t available, use mango from a jar, found in the refrigerated section of the produce department.
Substitute soymilk or low-fat milk for the coconut milk, if desired.
