This quick-cook skillet dish tastes like steak at ground beef prices!
You can cut some of the fat from this dish by rinsing the ground beef with hot water after draining. Simply place browned beef in a strainer and rinse with hot, running water. Pat dry with a paper towel and return to skillet.
