1Heat gas or charcoal grill. Spread each pizza crust with 2 tablespoons of the peanut sauce. Top each pizza with chicken, carrot, onions and peanuts. Sprinkle with cheese.
2Place sheet of heavy-duty foil on grill; place pizzas on foil over medium heat. Cover grill; cook 8 to 10 minutes, moving pizzas around grill every 2 minutes to prevent bottoms from burning, until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with cilantro.
