medium oranges, peeled and sectioned

cup strawberries, cut in half

    In large bowl, mix sour cream, honey and orange juice until smooth.

    Add oranges, bananas, strawberries and grapes; toss gently to mix.

  • Take this salad on the road. Prepare all the ingredients separately and place them in storage bags. When you arrive at the get-together simply toss all ingredients.
  • Slow the browning of sliced bananas by splashing them with a little lemon juice.
