Take your favorite pizza toppings, including sausage, pepperoni, and cheese, and blend them into a powerhouse dip for baguette slices.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb bulk Italian pork sausage
  • 1 small onion, chopped (1/3 cup)
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni, chopped (2 oz)
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 jar (14 oz) pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (8 oz)
  • 1 baguette French bread, cut into 56 thin slices

    In 10-inch skillet, cook sausage and onion over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until sausage is no longer pink; drain. Stir in pepperoni, ketchup and pizza sauce.

    Spray 1 1/2- to 3-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Spoon sausage mixture into slow cooker. Stir in cheese.

    Cover; cook on Low setting 2 to 3 hours.

    Stir dip before serving. Serve with bread slices.
