Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup uncooked wild rice, rinsed, drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion (1 medium)
  • 5 1/4 cups Progresso™ chicken broth (from two 32-oz cartons)
  • 2 medium carrots, thinly sliced (1 cup)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram leaves
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen corn, thawed, drained
  • 1 cup frozen broccoli cuts, thawed, drained

    In 3- to 4-quart slow cooker, mix all ingredients except thawed vegetables.

    Cover; cook on Low heat setting 8 to 9 hours.

    About 5 minutes before serving, stir in thawed vegetables. Increase heat setting to High; cover and cook 5 minutes longer or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
