Skinny Blue Cheese Dressing
cup Yoplait® Fat Free plain yogurt (from 2-lb container)
cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
cup crumbled blue cheese
teaspoon white wine vinegar
teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Few drops red pepper sauce
In small bowl, mix ingredients until blended. Cover; refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors. Store in refrigerator up to 2 days.

It's the blue veins that run through blue cheese that provide the characteristic flavor—and name. Gorgonzola, Stilton and Roquefort are all varieties that would be delicious.
We found that after 2 days, the dressing lost some flavor and texture so try to use it up within that time. If you'd like a smaller amount, go ahead and cut the recipe in half.
