Skinny Blue Cheese Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Yoplait® Fat Free plain yogurt (from 2-lb container)
  • 1/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Few drops red pepper sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

    In small bowl, mix ingredients until blended. Cover; refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors. Store in refrigerator up to 2 days.

  • It's the blue veins that run through blue cheese that provide the characteristic flavor—and name. Gorgonzola, Stilton and Roquefort are all varieties that would be delicious.
  • We found that after 2 days, the dressing lost some flavor and texture so try to use it up within that time. If you'd like a smaller amount, go ahead and cut the recipe in half.
