Skillet Apple Butter Pork Chops

Ingredients

Pork loin or rib chop, 1/2 inch thick
Apple butter
Onion, finely chopped

    Spray large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium heat. Sprinkle both sides of pork with salt and pepper. Cook pork in skillet, turning once, until brown.

    Mix apple butter and onion (about 3 tablespoons mixture for each pork chop); spoon over pork in skillet. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes, stirring and turning pork occasionally, until pork is slightly pink in center.
