1Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. Layer potatoes, shrimp and cheese in baking dish. Pour soup evenly over top.
2In small bowl, mix butter and bread crumbs; sprinkle over potato mixture.
3Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until bubbly around edges and bread crumbs are golden brown on top.
