1Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat until hot. Add salmon; cook 3 to 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork, stirring frequently. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
2In same skillet, combine frozen vegetables with noodles, frozen sauce from packet and honey; mix well. Cover; cook 7 to 10 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
3Add salmon and lemon peel; mix gently. Cook just until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with chow mein noodles.
