1Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Place paper baking cup in each of 12 regular-size muffin cups.
2Make brownie batter as directed on box. Spoon into muffin cups.
3Bake 33 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out almost clean. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.
4Remove paper baking cups. Cut brownies in half horizontally. Place 1 scoop (about 1/4 cup) ice cream between brownie halves. Sprinkle sides with candy sprinkles. Freeze until ready to serve.
