Ingredients

Dressing

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise (do not use salad dressing)
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Dash pepper

Slaw

  • 2 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrot
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Steps

    In large bowl, mix all dressing ingredients until well blended.
  • 2
    Add slaw ingredients to dressing; toss lightly until evenly coated. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate up to 2 hours.
