1Heat oven to 375°F. In large bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, vanilla and egg with electirc mixer on high speed until well blended.
2Lightly spoon Bisquick into measuring cup, level off with knife. Stir Bisquick and chocolate chips into butter mixture until well blended.
3Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
4Bake 8 to10 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool 2 mintues. Remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack.
