This autumn-snacking superstar pair well with crisp apples, crunchy pretzels and a warm baguette. MORE + LESS -

Ingredients

can (15 oz) pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)

package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

cup Yoplait® Greek 100 plain yogurt (from 2-lb container)

cup agave nectar

teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8
teaspoon ground ginger
1/8
teaspoon ground nutmeg

apples, sliced
2
pears, sliced

    In medium bowl, beat pumpkin, cream cheese, yogurt, agave nectar, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg with electric mixer on low speed until well blended. Refrigerate 1 hour.

    Serve dip with sliced apples and pears.

Expert Tips

  • You can substitute 1 cup powdered sugar for the agave nectar.
  • Cookies are also delicious served with this dip—try gingersnaps, lemon wafer cookies or butter cookies—as well as other fall fruits.
