cup tequila
1/4
cup fresh pomegranate juice (or bottled)

tablespoon fresh lime juice

tablespoon blue agave nectar or honey
Lime wedges, if desired

    In a cocktail shaker, add all ingredients except lime wedges. Shake until mixed. Pour through a strainer into two glasses; garnish each with lime wedge.

Expert Tips

If you prefer salt- or sugar-rimmed glasses, prepare glasses before making the margaritas. To prepare glasses, pour a small amount of either coarse salt or sugar on small plate. Moisten rim of each glass with lime wedge; dip rims in salt or sugar. Chill glasses in freezer until ready to use.
