The classic Bisquick mix appetizer recipe gets a delicious update with the addition of white cheddar, pistachios and Dijon mustard. Keep the flavor theme going by serving with your favorite mustard varieties as dips.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1 cup shredded white Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz)
  • 1 cup chopped pistachio nuts
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps

    Heat oven to 400°F. Lightly spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.

    In large bowl, stir together all ingredients. Roll into 1-inch balls, and place on cookie sheet.

    Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Serve immediately.
