1In medium bowl, stir together Bisquick mix, sugar, cocoa, milk and eggs until well combined. Stir in food color until blended.
2Spray griddle with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup batter onto hot griddle. Cook until edges begin to bubble. Turn; cook until pancakes are set.
3Serve pancakes topped with whipped cream and fresh blueberries.
