Party Caesar Salad

Ingredients

  • 8 cups torn romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup croutons
  • 1 cup shredded fresh Parmesan cheese (4 oz)
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing

Steps

    In large bowl, gently toss lettuce, croutons and 3/4 cup of the cheese to mix.
  • 2
    Pour dressing over salad; toss to coat. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cheese. Serve immediately; if desired, sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.

  • Once lettuce is combined with dressing, it quickly turns soggy. For the best flavor and texture, add the dressing and toss the salad just before serving.
