An easy-to-make upscale salad. Toss greens with a tangy quick-fix dressing, and top with Italian-seasoned goat cheese croutons. MORE + LESS -

Ingredients

Herbed goat cheese
Progresso™ Italian style bread crumbs
Sweet-and-sour sauce
Raspberry preserves, melted
White wine vinegar
Freshly ground black pepper
Organic mixed salad greens

    Cut goat cheese into chunks; pat into patties (1 to 2 inches in diameter) with fingers. Press bread crumbs into both sides; refrigerate while preparing salad.

    Mix sweet-and-sour sauce, preserves, vinegar and pepper (about 2 parts each sweet-and-sour sauce and preserves to 1 part vinegar). Toss with greens; divide among salad bowls. Place 1 or 2 goat cheese croutons on top of each salad.
