1Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Cook turkey in oil about 5 minutes or until brown on one side; turn turkey.
2Stir in remaining ingredients; reduce heat to low.
3Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sauce is thickened and juice of turkey is no longer pink when center of thickest piece is cut. Cut turkey into thin slices. Spoon sauce over turkey.
