1If fish fillets are large, cut into 4 serving pieces.
2In 10-inch skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Cook almonds and onion in butter, stirring occasionally, until onion is tender. Remove almonds and onion with slotted spoon; keep warm.
3In shallow dish, mix flour, salt, paprika and pepper. Coat fish with flour mixture. Cook fish in same skillet over medium heat 6 to 10 minutes, turning once, until fish is brown and flakes easily with fork.
4Top fish with almonds and onion. Garnish with orange sections.
