1Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.
2In medium bowl, stir together brownie mix, pouch of chocolate syrup (from brownie mix box), water, oil, egg and oats until blended. Spread batter in pan.
3Bake 22 to 24 minutes or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out almost clean. Cool completely in pan on cooling rack. Cut into 5 rows by 2 rows.
4Drizzle cookie icing over brownies in zigzag pattern.
