Ingredients

eggs, slightly beaten
1 3/4
cups Progresso™ chicken broth (from 32-oz carton)

package (0.9 oz) spring vegetable-flavored soup mix

tablespoons dried chopped onion
1 1/2
teaspoons poultry seasoning

can (4 oz) mushroom pieces and stems, drained

cups Corn Chex™ or Rice Chex™ cereal (or combination)

    Heat oven to 350°F. Spray with cooking spray or grease 2-quart casserole.

    In large bowl, mix all ingredients in order listed, stirring just until cereal begins to soften. Spread in casserole.

    Cover and bake 50 minutes. Or if desired, use as stuffing for poultry or pork.

Expert Tips

  • For sausage stuffing, cook and drain a 12-ounce package of bulk pork sausage, and stir into stuffing ingredients just before adding cereal.
  • Try this stuffing in roast turkey.
