Process American cheese slice
White or wheat bread
Red bell pepper, for adults
Dijon mustard, for adults
Butter or margarine, softened

    Place cheese slices on bread. For kids, top cheese with another slice of bread. For adults, top cheese with bell pepper slices. Spread another slice of bread with mustard; place on top of bell pepper slices, mustard side down. Spread butter over one side of each sandwich. Cook sandwiches, butter sides down, in skillet until golden brown. Turn and cook until golden brown and cheese is melted.
