In large resealable food-storage plastic bag, place separated bacon slices and brown sugar. Seal bag, and shake to coat bacon. Place coated bacon in single layer on cookie sheet. Sprinkle leftover brown sugar on top of bacon. Bake 10 minutes; carefully turn bacon slices over, and continue to bake 15 to 20 minutes or until bacon is cooked through. Remove from pan to cooling rack; cool completely.
