1In medium bowl, stir together lobster, mayonnaise, seafood seasoning, tarragon, salt and pepper just until combined. Set aside.
2Heat 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Spread butter on cut sides of buns. Place cut sides down in skillet; cook about 2 minutes or until toasted.
3Place buns on plates; fill with lettuce and lobster mixture. Serve immediately.
