Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 4 cloves garlic, slivered
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • frozen whole green beans
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel

Steps

    In Dutch oven, melt butter. Add garlic, salt and pepper; cook over medium heat 1 minute. Add green beans; cook 5 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender. Stir in lemon peel.
