package (1.9 oz) frozen mini fillo shells (15 shells), thawed

fresh blackberries

small fresh mint leaves

    Divide lemon curd equally among fillo shells. Top each with 1 blackberry and 1 mint leaf.

Expert Tips

  • Recipe can be easily double or tripled.
  • If you cannot find the fillo shells, you can make your own shells using fillo (phyllo) pastry sheets. Cut and place squares into a mini muffin pan and bake as directed on the package.
  • Substitute fresh raspberries or blueberries, if desired.
