or more flavors sorbet, softened

    Spoon layers of sorbet into loaf pan, alternating colors and flavors. Smooth each layer before adding another. (About 5 cups sorbet will fill an 8 1/2-inch loaf pan.) Cover with plastic wrap and freeze until firm. Run a knife dipped in hot water around edges of pan; invert sorbet onto serving plate. Cut into slice to serve.
