1Cook and drain tortellini as directed on package. Rinse with cold water; drain.
2Mix marinara sauce and dressing in large bowl. Add tortellini and remaining ingredients; toss to mix.
If you have leftover cooked ham in your refrigerator, go ahead and substitute it for the pepperoni.
For a heartier salad, add one can of kidney or other beans, rinsed and drained, and cubes of mozzarella or mild Cheddar cheese.
Consider this salad when you're planning a potluck or party. It's easy to double or triple and has flavors that appeal to lots of people.
