Ingredients

Olive oil
White wine vinegar
Garlic clove, finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Mixed salad greens
Sliced pepperoni, cut in half
Prosciutto, diced
Sliced fresh mushrooms
Roma (plum) tomato, sliced
Parmesan cheese block, cut into thin wedges

    Mix oil, vinegar (3 parts oil to 1 part vinegar), garlic, salt and pepper in covered container. Pour into bowl containing greens, pepperoni, proscuitto, mushrooms and tomatoes; toss. Serve with Parmesan cheese wedges.
