1Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 8x4-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
2In 10-inch nonstick skillet, cook beef and onion over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently, until thoroughly cooked; drain. Spread in pan; sprinkle with cheese. In small bowl, stir together remaining ingredients. Pour into pan.
3Bake about 20 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
