1Heat oven to 375º. Spray rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches, with cooking spray. Remove fat from chicken.
2Mix mayonnaise, garlic salt, marjoram, rosemary and thyme; set aside. Mix cereal and paprika. Spread rounded tablespoon of mayonnaise mixture over both sides of each chicken breast half; coat evenly with cereal mixture. Place chicken in pan.
3Bake uncovered 30 to 35 minutes or until juice of chicken is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut.
