can (19 oz) garbanzo beans, drained
cup finely chopped fresh herbs (such as thyme, parsley and/or basil)
tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
cup extra-virgin olive oil
tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
In food processor, combine all ingredients; process until smooth. Serve with fresh veggies, crackers or whatever you like.
Mix up the herbs you use. Try mostly basil with a touch of oregano or try parsley and mint together.
For more lemony flavor, add the zest of 1 lemon to the recipe.
