Grilled Pepper Jack Sandwiches

For those days when plain ol’ toasted cheese sandwiches just won’t do. Pepper jack cheese and thick sourdough bread make a world of difference! MORE + LESS -

Ingredients

Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeño peppers
Sourdough bread, cut into 1/2 inch-slices
Butter or margarine

Steps

    Place cheese slices on bread. Top with another slice of bread. Spread butter over top slices of bread. Place sandwiches, butter sides down, in skillet. Spread butter over top slices of bread. Cook uncovered over medium heat until bottoms are golden brown. Turn and cook until bottoms are golden brown and cheese is melted.
