Ingredients

Peach or apricot preserves
White wine
Fresh rosemary leaves, chopped
Ground mustard
Coarsely ground pepper
Pork loin or rib chop

    <P>Melt preserves in small saucepan over low heat. Stir in wine, rosemary, mustard and pepper (about 1/4 cup wine, 1 teaspoon chopped rosemary leaves, 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard and 1/8 teaspoon pepper to 1/2 cup preserves). Grill chops, turning occasionally brushing with peach mixture.</P> <B>Pork Chop Grilling Guide</B> <P>Cover and grill chops 3 to 4 inches from medium heat, 12 to 16 minutes for 1 1/2-inch thick chops, turning occasionally and brushing with a sauce, until slightly pink when cut near bone.</P>
